嵌入式数控机床状态信息采集技术的研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the requirement of a manufacturing execution system for data acquisition of equipment in the shop,we present a data acquisition system for a numerical control machine tool based on ARM9 and embedded Linux OS.It successfully collected the machine tool′s state information and the spindle current signal.After analyzing the requirements of MES oriented data acquisition and the features of the machine signals as well as the principle of embedded data acquisition of the NC machine tool,the hardware platform was designed,and the device driver application and graphic user interface application were developed separately.A kind of storage and sending control mechanism is also proposed for dealing with the data collected from the embedded acquisition system.Finally,the system test and verification was performed.The results show the feasibility of the data acquisition system.%针对制造执行系统对车间底层设备数据采集的需求,提出了一种基于ARM9和嵌入式Linux操作系统的数控机床信息采集系统,实现了机床开关量信号和主轴电流模拟量信号的实时采集。首先对面向制造执行系统的现场数据采集进行了需求分析,然后详细探讨了机床信号的特点及嵌入式机床状态信息采集的原理,在此基础上进行系统硬件平台搭建,驱动程序及图形用户界面应用程序开发,并提出一种适用于嵌入式信息采集的存储与传输控制机制,最后进行系统测试与验证,证明该系统方案是切实可行的。
