手风琴式蜂窝材料的等效弹性模量分析

         

摘要

变体飞机具有良好的气动效率和机动性能,日益受到航空界的关注。而变体飞机需要一种能承受大应变能力,且在受到拉或压时,不会引起另外一个方向的收缩/拉伸,即具有零泊松比性质的蒙皮。分析研究了折叠式蜂窝材料或称"手风琴"式蜂窝材料的等效模量和等效泊松比的计算方法,采用经典欧拉梁理论,得到了面内两个正交等效模量以及泊松比解析表达式,验证了该蜂窝材料具有零泊松比的性质。最后用有限元分析软件ANSYS作了数值模拟分析,与解析模型进行了对比检验。%Morphing technology for aircraft has attracted increasing interest over the last decade because it is likely to enhance performance and efficiency over a wider range of flight conditions.Morphing aircraft wings require flexible skins that can undergo large strains,and will not cause contraction/stretching in one direction when exerting stretching/contraction in another direction,that is,its Poisson′s ratio is zero.In this paper,a method for calculating the equivalent planar elastic modulus and Poisson′s ratio in two directions of the "accordion" cellular material was studied,and the analytic expressions were obtained using Euler classic beam theory.Then,the feature that the Poisson′s ratio of the material is zero was verified according to the expressions.Finally,numerical simulation analysis was carried out with ANSYS,which was compared with the analytic expressions.
