汽车的关键零部件的疲劳可靠性分析在产品研发过程中有重要价值,而标准路面谱的重构是首要解决的问题。根据在谐波叠加法原理的功率谱密度并利用概率统计理论、中心极限定理,建立了路面谱的数学模型。并依托该数学模型设计并开发了标准路面谱重构程序和软件最后软件重构的时域路面谱位移输入特性能很好的逼近标准路面谱,重构的路面谱满足要求。%The fatigue reliability analysis of the key parts and components is very significant in the product development process, and reconstruction of the standard road surface spectrum is the primary problem.According to the foundation in the power spectral density on the principle of superposition of harmonic, a mathematical model of road surface spectrum is estab-lished by using the probability and statistics theory and the central limit theorem.Relying on this mathematical model, recon-struction program and software of the standard road surface spectrum are designed and developed, and the time-domain spec-tral shift input features of the reconstructed road surface spectrum could be approximate to the standard road surface spectrum, and the reconstructed spectrum of road surface roughness is able to meet the requirements.
