电梯式立体车库载车板的结构设计及运行优化

         

摘要

In this paper, setting elevator type three-dimensional garage as the main research object, the main structure and operation principles of the elevator type three-dimensional garage are introduced.Through analysis and research of the car contained panel on all kinds of stereo garage, it is found that there are many defects in existing car contained panel.Aiming at these defects, the car contained panel of belt type which is suitable for elevator type three-dimensional garage is designed by using the 3D software inventor, and the vehicle horizontal running is optimized.Thus the mechanical structure is simplified, the operational efficiency is improved, the safety is increased, and the manufacturing cost and running cost are also reduced.%以电梯式立体车库为主要研究对象,介绍了电梯式立体车库的主体结构及运行原理。通过对市面上各类立体车库载车板的研究分析,发现现有载车板诸多缺陷。针对这些缺陷,运用三维软件Inventor设计了适用于电梯式立体车库的皮带式载车板,对载车板横向运行进行了优化,简化了机械结构、提高了运行效率、增加了安全性、降低了制造及运行成本。
