摘要

A new type of software for controlling multi-functional numericalwire cutting machine is introduced,which is programmed in Visual Basic.Since the software utilizes the techniques of function module plug-in,opening code files,configuration editing,etc,the ease of operation has been extended beyond the area of wire cutting machine.Hence it can be adapted to be a small DCS in a flexible,cheap,high efficient,high quality manner and help to put forward the automation of mini-type numerical control machine and industrial process control in our country.%介绍一款用VisualBasic开发的新式数控线切割机控制软件。由于该软件采用了功能模块外挂、开放式文件代码、组态化编辑等技术，使其不仅在操作的易用性方面比同类软件有了较大进步，而且在控制能力上延伸到了线切割机以外的领域，因此可以灵活、低价、高质、高效的方式构成小型DCS系统，进一步推动国内小型机床加工控制与工业过程控制的自动化。
