蓄电池组充放电监测系统设计

摘要

蓄电池是各种武器系统的重要供电设备,在蓄电池充放电过程中对单体电池的性能监测具有重要意义.设计了一种基于上位机和多个单体电池监测装置的分布式监测系统,单体电池监测装置以单片机为控制核心,采用单总线数字温度传感器DS 18 B20采集温度,通过RS485总线与上位PC机实现通信.该系统具有硬件接口简单、监测灵活方便、易于扩展、测量精度高等特点,有利于装备保障任务的快速完成.%The storage battery is the important power supply equipments of various weapon system, it is important to monitor single body storage battery in the process of charging and discharging. A kind of distribute type monitor system based on the upper PC and many single body batteries monitor is designed, which uses micro-controuer as the core of the system and adopts single line digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to measure temperature, communication with the upper PC through RS485. The system has advantages of simple hardware interface, convenient monitor, easier expansion and higher measure precision, be advantageous to the rapid completion of arming task.
