基于COMSOL和iSIGHT的涡流传感器的仿真和优化

         

摘要

电磁场的分布情况对磁悬浮轴承电涡流位移传感器的灵敏度和线性度有重要影响.应用COM-SOL Multiphysics的AC/DC模块建立电涡流位移传感器模型,并进行仿真分析.进一步应用iSIGHT对传感器检测线圈的结构参数进行了优化设计,检测线圈的线性度和灵敏度得到了改善.COMSOL Multiphysics与iSIGHT相结合的优化设计方法方便、高效,为其他系统的仿真和优化提供了借鉴.%The distribution of the electromagnetic field influences on the sensitivity and linearity of eddy-current displacement sensor for active magnetic bearings. An approach of parameters optimization for the eddy-current displacement sensor coil by using the software of iSIGHT combined with COMSOL Multiphysics is presented. The sensor model is established using AC/DC within COMSOL Multiphysics. The optimization model is estab lished in iSIGHT. The sensor model is called automatically by iSIGHT during optimization process. The param eter of the eddy-current displacement sensor coil is implemented by this method. The computing result shows that this method is effective and convenient and useful for engineering application.
