一种电网APF数控系统的实现

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of power net harmonic detection and SPWM, a new active power filter system controlled both by DSP and PIC chip is designed. Power net information is first collected by signal acquisition circuit, with TMS320F2812' s high signal processing speed to detect harmonic wave and operate FFI algorithm, the calculated compensation circuit signal is transmitted to dsPlC30F4012 that can provide special threephase protected and dead time included PWM output to drive inverter. It divides the control of harmonic analysis and PWM drive, improves the safety, stability, and accuracy of the system. It is proved that this method is effective and feasible in harmonic control through experiments.%在电网谐波检测分析与正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)控制的基础上,设计出一种新的基于DSP和PIC芯片双重控制的有源电力滤波器系统.通过信号采集电路采集电网信息,利用TMS320F2812-DSP高速信号处理能力进行谐波检测和FFfr变换,将得到的补偿指令电流信号传送给dsPIC30F4012专用三相PWM带死区带保护输出进行逆变驱动,实现了谐波分析运算控制和PWM驱动控制相分离,减少干扰,保证了系统安全、稳定、准确的运行.试验证明,该方案提高了系统抗干扰能力,能达到较好的谐波抑制效果.
