基于翼尖加速度的旋翼共锥度测量方法研究

         

摘要

在直升机旋翼动平衡试验中,旋翼共锥度值是一重要的试验参数,它关系到直升机机动性能、安全性能等多方面重要指标.针对目前所采用的测量方法存在测量精度低、测量难度大以及测量点固定等缺点,在分析旋翼动态特性的基础上,提出利用多加速度传感器测量旋翼翼尖加速度信号,然后采用频域二次积分的方法得到旋翼翼尖位移,根据同一时刻旋翼之间的位移曲线关系,方便地计算出旋翼共锥度值.试验结果表明,此方法可以实现旋翼运动过程中,旋翼任意旋转位置上的共锥度测量.%The blade running elevation is an important experiment parameter in the helicopter blades dynamic balance experiment. It can affect the helicopter performances such as maneuverability and security. There are many disadvantages in old measure methods such as low precision, difficult measurement and immobile measurement point. Based on the analysis of blades dynamic characteristics, an approach of acceleration - based of blades tips is presented, the displacement of the blades can be obtained by second order integral in frequency domain and the difference of blade running elevation also can be obtained conveniently based on the displacement curve at the same time. Analysis of simulation shows that this approach can be used for blade running elevation measurement at random position of the blades rotation plane.
