用于转子遥测的嵌入式高速数据存储系统设计

         

摘要

In the parameters telemetry for rotating machinery, a real-time data storage device for memorizing the high-speed transmitted data is required. An embedded high-speed data storage system based on FPGA ( field programmable gate array)/ATA hard disk is brought forward. The working-flow of ATA host controller is de-vised according to the ATAPI-6 ( AT attachment with packet interface-6) protocol. Ultra DMA transmission timing is analyzed, and the ATA host controller is built on FPGA. Data storage experiment was carried out, and the storing speed reached up to 24 MB/s, which satisfied the real-time storage requirement of mass data.%为了满足转子参数遥测时海量数据实时存储的需求,提出了一种基于FPGA和ATA硬盘的嵌入式高速数据存储系统设计方案.重点研究了ATAPI-6(AT attachment with packet interface-6)协议中 ATA主机控制器的工作流程和Ultra DMA传输的关键时序,在此基础上设计了基于FPGA的ATA主机控制器.最后进行了数据存储试验,该控制器最高持续存储速度达24 MB/s,满足高速数据的实时存储需求.
