CCD驱动电路设计对航空相机图像质量影响分析

摘要

The CCD driving system as the key components of aviation digital camera is directly related to its imaging quality. The utility of CCD-specific peripheral chipsets to complete the design of CCD peripheral circuit is presented, and some concerned problems are discussed in detail while designing the peripheral circuit of big area array CCD image sensor.
