基于SSI接口的线位移传感器高速并行数据采集设计

         

摘要

基于SSI接口的线位移传感器具有精度高、传输速度快、接线简单、抗干扰性强等优点,但目前市场上没有应用于工控机系统的基于SSI接口的数据采集板卡,从而影响了SSI接口传感器在工控机领域的应用.给出了一种高性价比的采用25位SSI接口转并行数据采集的设计方法,从而实现了SSI接口的线位移传感器到高速并行数据接口的数据转换,该方法可广泛应用于工控机控制系统并可推广到其他控制系统中.%linear displacement sensor based on SSI has many advantages such as high accuracy, high-speed data transmission rate, simple wiring, high interference resistance and etc. Unfortunately, SSI-based data acquisition adapter is unavailable for industrial computer at present market. Therefore, this situation accordingly has a big impact on the application of SSI-based displacement sensor in this area. The high performance-to-cost ratio design of 25-bit SSI-based displacement sensor technology is presented, the implementation of SSI and highspeed parallel data acquisition interfaces is achieved. The design can be widely applied in the industrial computer control system and other similar control systems.
