基于分光光度法的水质氨氮检测系统设计

         

摘要

A system based on Nessler's reagent and spectrophotometry is designed for ammonia nitrogen detection in water. The working principle and overall design of the system is introduced. The data acquisition system uses Si photodiode as spectral detector, uses AVR SCM as microcontroller. The software based on the PC takes charge of the terminal operation, display and storage of data. Experimental measurements indicate that this system works stably and user-friendly, reaches the standard of design. Compared with the other similar instrument, it reduces the cost efficiently.%设计了一种基于纳氏试剂分光光度法的水质氨氮检测系统,阐述了系统的工作原理和总体设计,下位机数据采集系统采用硅光电二极管作为光电探测器,AVR单片机作为微控制器,上位机软件负责仪器的操作、数据显示和存储.经测试,系统工作稳定,界面友好,达到了设计要求,和其他同类设备相比有效降低了成本.
