一种基于CPLD的并行测试总线研究

分析研究了自动测试系统中常用的3种测试总线的优缺点,提出了一种基于CPLD的精简版、低成本测试总线系统,该总线以CPLD为控制核心,实现总线扩展与节点同步.重点介绍了系统的原理及实现方案,分析了系统的特点及应用前景.%The advantages and disadvantages of three kind of test buses are studies, which are commonly used in the automatic test system. A kind of test bus system based on CPLD with concise edition and low cost is proposed, which has a control core of CPLD and uses it to realize bus expansion and node synchronization. The principle and implementation of system project are introduced, and the characteristics of the system and the application prospects are analyzed.
