基于AD9954的多功能信号源设计

摘要

多功能信号源选用AT89C55单片微处理器对直接数字频率合成器AD9954进行控制与管理,在CPLD和A/D转换等电路配合下实现了1～ 100 MHz正弦信号输出、扫频、跳频信号输出和AM、FM、FSK、PSK、外部AM和FM调制功能.最后,使用了多种高档电子仪器对系统性能和技术参数进行了实验测试,均达到了设计要求.%The multifunctional signal sources chooses the microcontroller AT89C55 to control the DDS AD9954, which achieves system control and management. And with the help of CPLD and A/D converter, it can realize much functions. The functions include that outputting sine single of frequency ranges from 1 Hz to 100 MHz, frequency-sweeping, frequency-skipping single, as well as AM, FM, FSK, PSK, BPSK and external AM and FM modulation. Finally, after system performances and technology parameters are tested by some advanced instruments, all of the design requirements are obtained.
