矿井加热机组温度自动控制系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

In the northern cold winter, the temperature is usually below the freezing point. In order to avoid wellhead of the mine to freeze, the wellhead is usually heated through blowing hot air to it by the unit heater, to safeguard the normal order of production. The temperature control system of the mine wellhead is used for two sets of unit heater, which is composed of the intelligent digital display instrument, intelligent logic controller LOGO! and frequency converter. Through the automatic test, automatic judgment, automatic control, the tem perature is ensured in the reasonable range. The system dismisses the complex, redundancy and not unpractical control functions, returns to the simple and easy operation, which improves the system operability and economy, and ensures the system reliability. This system has gained a good effect in practice and wins the satisfaction of the users.%北方寒冷的冬季,温度通常会在冰点之下.为了避免矿井井口结冰,通常靠热风机组向井口吹入热风,保障正常的生产秩序.针对两台加热机组,采用智能数显仪表、智能逻辑控制器LOGO!和变频器组成的矿井井口温度控制系统,通过自动检测、自动判断和自动控制保证井口的温度在合理的范围内.该系统摒弃了复杂冗余而不实用的控制功能,回归简易操作,提高了系统的可操作性和经济性,保证了系统的可靠性.本系统的实际投用效果良好,深得用户满意.
