基于CPCI的高可靠性数字量输入输出卡的设计

         

摘要

In order to meet the requirements of a missile launching system to output power driver, export enable signal and complete the real-time sampling of switching signal on site, a high reliability digital input and output card based on CPCI bus is designsed. The basic principle of the card, hardware configuration and driver design based on VxWorks system are introduced in detail. In consideration of the special operation condition, the technology of reliability is designed from two aspects of the software and hardware. The card has been applied in the actual military projects at present. It has the advantages of well-run, high reliability and fast response over the conventional card. So, it can meet the demands of consumers totally.%为了满足某飞弹发射系统控制端电压功率驱动输出、使能发送以及现场开关信号实时采集与控制的需求,为其设计了一块基于CPCI总线接口的高可靠性数字量输入输出卡,详细介绍了该板卡的基本原理、硬件构成以及基于VxWorks系统的驱动程序设计.由于板卡特殊使用环境的需求,故从电路和软件两个方面进行了可靠性设计.目前该数字量输入输出卡已在实际军事工程项目中得到了应用,具有运行良好、可靠性高、输入输出响快等特点,完全满足用户需求.
