为了满足ITER CC接头电阻测量要求,设计了一套高精度数据采集系统.硬件结构包括温度传感器、霍尔传感器、恒流源、数字表和计算机.系统软件采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,实现多通道数据的采集、处理与显示,以及数据的存储和对历史数据的回放.介绍了LabVIEW与高精度数字表通信流程,在线编辑仪器参数和关系式的方法.系统已经应用到接头测试中,人机界面友好,精确度和快速性都满足要求,而且只需更换传感器或少量硬件即可以组建不同的测试系统,具有良好的可移植性.%In order to meet the requirements in the resistance test of correction coil joint of international thermonuclear experimental reactor, high accuracy data acquisition system is designed. The system hardware consists of temperature sensors, Hall sensor, constant current source, digital multimeters and computer. System software is developed by LabVIEW, and the data acquisition with multi-channels, data processing, display, storage and historical data recall are realized. The communication process between LabVIEW and digital multimeters and the method to edit instrument parameters or relationships online are introduced. The system is applied in the test of joint, and the measurement demands with a friendly human-machine interface can be met. It is also conveniently transformed into other test systems only by changing sensors or few hardware parts and has the advantage of good extensibility
