机载雷达罩动态电轴跟踪系统的设计和实现

         

摘要

The traditional boresight error test methods for airborne radomes include null-seeking method and e-lectrical calibration method. In these two methods, the antenna pole is used for the installation of antenna. But the scanning angle can only reach to ±30°, unable to satisfy the requirement of new airborne radome which should be ±60°. In order to enlarge the testing scanning angle, dynamic boresight error tracing method is proposed, which replaces the antenna pole with the antenna positioner to drive the antenna scan. The radome positioner makes movements in reverse direction so as to align the boresight transmitting and receiving antenna in a line. The design and integration of one dynamic boresight error tracing system for radome performances are accomplished, and the scanning angles can now reach ±60° with a test accuracy of ± (0.25 x 10-3 ) rad. These parameters can now meet the requirements of the test%机载雷达罩瞄准误差的传统测试方法有搜零法和电子定标法两种,这两种方法均采用天线支杆固定被测天线,扫描角测试范围只能达到±30°,不满足新型机载雷达±60°的要求.为了扩大扫描角测试范围,提出了动态电轴跟踪法,这种方法去掉了天线支杆,增加了一个天线定位器,利用天线定位器的运动实现天线扫描,通过雷达罩定位器和天线定位器反向运动实现被测天线和辅助天线电轴对准.完成了某机载雷达罩动态电轴跟踪系统的设计和集成工作,扫描角测试范围达到了±60°,测试精度为±(0.25×10-3) rad,满足测试要求.
