动力电池在线均衡控制策略

         

摘要

In order to eliminate the effect of monomer performance difference on the power battery pack,based on the common conception of equalization techniques,an online control strategy is proposed.The multi level bridge circuit is designed in parallel with the single battery and the redundant design is adopted.The access or bypass of the single battery is realized by controlling the state of the multi-level bridge circuit.A reasonable control strategy is adopted to make the cells keeping consistent during the charging and discharging process.The experimental results show its effectiveness.%为消除单体性能差异对动力电池组的影响,针对现有的电池均衡方法,提出了一种在线均衡控制策略,设计了多电平桥臂电路与单体电池并联,采用冗余设计,通过控制多电平桥臂电路状态,实现单体电池的接入或旁路,采用合理的控制策略,使动力电池组在充放电过程中,各单体电池实时保持一致,实验结果证明了该方法的有效性.
