基于PLC的螺杆泵测试实验台测控系统设计

         

摘要

针对以前螺杆泵的出厂测试是传统的传感器和智能仪表的简单连接、人工采集数据处理的情况,设计开发了基于PLC的测试实验台.在这个系统中,PLC通过Profibus-DP通信协议来实现对泵电机的变频调速,应用WinCC组态软件实现上位机对测试过程的实时监控和远程控制,通过智能仪表和红外转速测量仪实现数据的实时采集,除此之外还利用SQL Server 2005、Excel等软件实现数据的存储和报表.实践表明,该实验台操作简单、灵活方便、实用性强,大大提高了测量精度,减少了操作人员的工作量.%In order to improve the situations that the traditional factory test of screw pump is the simple connection between sensors and intelligent instruments and the data is manually acquired and processed,a new test bench based on PLC is designed and developed.In this system,pump motor frequency control is achieved with communication protocol of Profibus-DP,WinCC configuration software is used to achieve real time monitoring and remote control of the testing process,the data are collected real-time by intelligent instrument and infrared speed measuring instrument.In addition,SQL Server 2005,Excel and other software are used to achieve date storage and reporting.Practice shows that the experimental platform is simple,flexible,convenient and practical,which greatly improves the measurement accuracy and reduces the workload of the operator.
