基于ARM的基坑报警装置的设计

         

摘要

With the development of urbanization,the number of construction of foundation pit is increasing,and foundation pit accidents occur frequently.It is paid more and more attention to all direction automatic alarming without artificial participation when carrying out site inspection for foundation pit engineering.The conventional pit measurement,calculation,alarm rely on monitoring personnel are abandoned,and a real-time alarm system design of foundation pit based on ARM and MAX197 is proposed.The overall design of the system is described in detail,and the hardware circuit design and filtering algorithm design in the system are introduced in detail.The experiments demonstrate that the alarm system can measure the foundation pit more accurately,the measurement error is within ± 1 mm and it can call the police accurately,and has very strong practical value.%城市化发展的逐步深入随之带来的是基坑施工数量的日益增加,一并引起的还有基坑事故的频繁发生.针对基坑工程进行实地监测时无人工参与的全方位自动化报警逐渐被人们所重视.摒弃了常规的依靠监测人员进行的基坑测量、计算、报警的流程,提出了基于ARM和MAX197为核心的基坑实时报警系统的设计.详述了该系统的总体设计方案,并且详细介绍了系统中的硬件电路设计和滤波算法设计.经过实验论证,本报警系统能够对基坑进行较为精确的测量,测量误差在±1 mm之内并且能够准确地进行报警,具有很强的实用价值.
