基于LabVIEW的风电机组齿轮箱健康状态监测系统设计

         

摘要

The gear box is one of the main components of wind turbine,but also a high incidence of failure,so actively developing wind power gearbox fault diagnosis is of great significance.The health condition monitoring system for fan gear box based on LabVIEW development environment and NI CompactDAQ platform can efficiently implement the acquisition,graphic display,storage,data analysis and playback and other functions of the temperature,speed,vibration signals through friendly graphical user interface and graphical programming language control operation,with good scalability.Meanwhile,the system adopts a variety of time-frequency domain methods to compare and analyze the vibration signal that the type of fault can be determined quickly and accurately.Experimental results show that the system can work stably and reliably,it will be an effective tool for monitoring the wind turbine gearboxes.%齿轮箱是风力发电机组的主要组成部分之一,也是故障的高发区,积极开展风电齿轮箱故障诊断具有重要意义.基于LabVIEW开发环境和NI CompactDAQ平台开发的风机齿轮箱健康状态监测系统,通过友好的图形化用户界面及图形编程语言控制运行,可以高效地实现对温度、转速、振动信号的采集、图形显示、存储、分析及数据回放等功能,具有良好的扩展性.同时,系统通过采取多种时频域方法对振动信号进行对比分析,可以快速、准确地确定故障的类型.实验结果表明,系统能够稳定、可靠地工作,是进行风机齿轮箱监测的有效工具.
