微小电阻的测量及提高精度的方法

         

摘要

Two methods to obtain DC constant current source in the measurement of micro resistance DC constant current source are discussed.In order to meet the application requirements of precise measurement of micro resistance,three methods to improve the accuracy of measurement were proposed,namely four-wire method,proportional method,filtering and FFT method.Based on the study of two-wire measurement method,the four-wire method was obtained,which reduced the influence of wire resistance on the measurement.In order to reduce the influence of the constant current source on the measurement precision and improve DC current measurement method,the proportional method was proposed.Filtering and FFT method reduced the influence of the ripple on the measurement accuracy.The test results show that these three methods have the advantages of high precision and good stability.Therefore,it is possible to measure the micro resistance accurately and stably.%论述了在微小电阻直流恒流源测量法中获取直流恒流源的两种方法.针对微小电阻精确测量的应用需求,提出了3种提高测量精度的方法:四线制法、比例法、滤波和FFT法.通过对双线测量法的研究,得出了四线制法,四线制测量法减小导线电阻对测量的影响.为了降低恒流源对测量精度的影响,改进直流电流测量法,提出了比例法.滤波与FFT法则有效减小了纹波对测量精度的影响,进一步提高了测量精度.测试结果表明,这3种测量微小电阻的方法,具有精度高、稳定性好等特点.因此可对微小电阻进行精确稳定的测量.
