针对现有风机桨叶运行状态监测方法所存在的准确率低、可靠性和实时性差等问题,基于无线传感器网络(WSN)、Matlab和Web等技术设计了一种风机桨叶运行状况多平台监测系统,可实现对风机桨叶的运行状态、振动状态和工作环境等多个参数的实时在线监测.并给出了多参数WSN节点、Mat-lab GUI和Web远程网络监测平台的设计方法,实验验证了所提出方法的实用性、可行性和有效性.%To address issues of existing methods for monitoring fan blade operation,such as inaccurancy,unreliability and lack of real-time performance,a new real time on-line monitoring approach based on wireless sensor networks,Matlabs and Web technologies is established,which can realize real-time online supervision including the operating condition,vibration status,running environment and other information.Moreover,the ways of establishing the multi-parameter wireless sensor network node,Matlab GUI,and Web remote network monitoring platform are given,then experiments verify that the practicality,feasibility,and effectivity of the proposed method.
