TiO2@MWCNTS对环氧涂层性能的影响

         

摘要

To compare the performance of multi-walled carbon nanotubes ( MWCNTS ) and titanium dioxide coated carbon nanotubes hybrid materials ( TiO2@MWCNTS) , the silane coupling agent ( KH560) was used to modify the multi-walled MWCNTS and TiO2@MWCNTS, and then the infrared spectrophotometer ( IR) was used to characterize the modification results. TiO2@ MWCNTS/epoxy, MWCNTS/epoxy composite coating were prepared, and the wear resistance of the coating was tested using BGD523 ABRASER wear tester. The results show that, for containing different quality score of MWCNTS and TiO2@MWCNTS of the composite coating, when its content is 2%, the wear resistance is the highest. The nano material has negative effect on the thermal stability of composite coating; the mechanical properties of TiO2@ MWCNTS/epoxy ( 2%) composite coatings are better than those of MWCNTS/epoxy(2%) .%为了比较多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTS)及二氧化钛包覆碳纳米管(TiO2@MWCNTS)杂化材料的性能,采用硅烷偶联剂( KH560)对 MWCNTS 以及 TiO2@MWCNTS 进行了改性,并利用红外分光光度计对其改性结果作了表征。制备了MWCNTS/epoxy、TiO2@MWCNTS/epoxy复合涂层,用BGD523 ABRASER型耐磨仪比较了其耐磨性,通过热重、抗冲击、高温高压以及MTS实验检测了质量分数2%时,MWCNTS/epoxy(2%)、TiO2@MWCNTS/epoxy(2%)复合涂层以及纯的epoxy的热稳定性及机械性能,利用扫描电镜观察了纳米粉体为2%时复合涂层的表面形貌。研究表明:对于含不同质量分数纳米粉体的MWCNTS/epoxy、TiO2@MWCNTS/epoxy的复合涂层,当其含量为2%时,其耐磨性达到最高;纳米材料的加入,对其热稳定性存在负面影响;TiO2@MWCNTS/epoxy(2%)复合涂层的机械性能较MWCNTS/epoxy(2%)有所提高。
