不同配比下PMC矿粉和司家营矿粉造球工艺试验研究

         

摘要

In order to get the best proportion of PMC (Palabora Mining Co.)ore mineral powders and Sijiaying mineral powders for pelletizing, investigation was conducted on pelletizing with the two kinds of mineral powders. The results show that , the rate of ball production is 91%, drop strength is 4. 15 times /0. 5 m per ball, the compressive strength of green ball is 0.825 dN, explosion temperature is 440℃ and the compressive strength of roasted ball is about 300 dN, under the ratio of PMC :Sijiaying = 8:2, which can meet the production requirements. Besides, through the observation of its microstructure, it shows that under the ratio of PMC :Sijiaying=8:2, the main mineral phase of roasted ball is hematite pellet, state of which is intensive and connecting into piece, so the compressive strength is the highest ,hence the ratio of PMC :Sijiaying=8:2 is the best ratio to pelletize with the two kinds of mineral powders.%为了确定PMC矿粉和司家营矿粉两种矿粉造球的最佳配比,利用实验室的球团设备对两种矿粉在不同配比下的球团工艺进行了试验研究.研究发现,在PMC矿粉:司家营矿粉=8:2的配比下,生球的成球率为91%,落下强度为4.15次/0.5 m个,抗压强度为0.825 dN,爆裂温度为440℃;成品球团的抗压强度接近300 dN,并且通过对PMC矿粉:司家营矿粉=8:2时成品球团矿的显微结构的观察发现,此配比下的球团矿矿相以赤铁矿为主,晶粒分布密集且联结成片,成品球团矿的抗压强度最高.因此,PMC矿粉:司家营矿粉=8:2时为最优方案.
