蜂窝夹层结构拉脱破坏的有限元分析

         

摘要

采用有限元模拟方法分析了蜂窝夹层结构拉脱破坏的机理,并通过试验对其进行了验证。结果表明:使用Usdfld定义的失效模型能够准确地预测蜂窝夹层结构的失效过程;在加载过程中,对整个结构的失效起决定作用的是与灌封胶接触部位的蜂窝材料的剪切失效破坏,蜂窝芯材剪切失效破坏导致了材料的形变突增,最后影响周边的复合材料面板发生基体失效破坏,整个失效过程基本不发生纤维拉伸失效;模拟结果与试验结果比较吻合。%The mechanism of honeycomb sandwich in pull-off damage was analysed by the finite element simulation. And the verification was carried out by experiment to the simulating resluts. The results show that it was precise to forecast the failure progress of the pull-off honeycomb sandwich by using Usdfell program. And it was the shear failure of the honeycomb adjacent to the potting material that decided the failure of the whole structure. The shear failure damage led to the deformation of the material, which resulted in the damage of matrix of the composite panel. The fiber tensile failure did not occur in the whole process. And simulating results fitted well with experimental results.
