低温等离子体表面改性太阳能电池背板的粘接性能

         

摘要

利用低温等离子体改性技术对太阳能电池背板用PET薄膜和PVDF薄膜表面进行处理.研究了等离子体处理时间、放电功率、气体压力、工作气体对薄膜接触角的影响,并测试了太阳能电池背板的剥离强度。结果表明:经等离子改性处理后的PET和PVDF薄膜接触角减小,粘接性能得到了改善;在放电功率为75W、工作压力为50Pa的条件下处理3min后.太阳能电池背板的剥离强度从处理前的3.2N·cm-1提高到11.9N·cm-1。%The surface of PF.T and PVDF films used for solar cell backplane were modified by low temperature plasma treatment, the effects of treatment time, discharge power, gas pressure, work gases on contact angle of films, and the peel strength of the solar cell backplane was tested. The result show that the contact angle of PET and PVDF films modified by plasma treatment decreased and its adhesive property was improved, the peel strength of solar cell backplane incre;lsed from 3. 2 N ·cm -1 to 11. 9 N · cm -1 under the conditions of treatment time was3min, discharge power was 7,5 W and work gas pressure was 50 Pa.
