620℃保温时间对Fe-13Mn-0.1C合金平均线膨胀系数的影响

         

摘要

制备了Fe-13Mn-0.1C合金并对其进行了固溶处理,然后在620℃保温0~300h,采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪分析了不同保温时间后合金的显微组织和相的差异,并利用热膨胀相变仪测定了合金的平均线膨胀系数。结果表明:固溶处理后合金含有γ、ε-M、α-M相;在620℃保温过程中随保温时间的延长,γ相和α-M相的含量有所降低,ε-M相的含量有所增加;固溶处理态合金的平均线膨胀系数最低,保温150h后的平均线膨胀系数最高,为26.9×10-6℃-1。%The Fe-13Mn-0.1C alloy was prepared and solid solution treated,and then heated at 620 ℃ for 0~300 h.The difference of microstructure and phases of the alloy after heating for different times was analyzed by optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction,and the average coefficient of linear expansion(ACLE) of the alloy was measured by thermal expansion phase transition instrument.The results show that the alloy was composed of γ phase、ε-M phase and α-M phase after solid solution treatment,and the amount of γ phase and α-M phase slightly reduced and the amount of ε-M phase increased with the increase of heating time during heating at 620 ℃;the ACLE of the solid solution treated alloy was the lowest,and the ACLE of the alloy,which was 26.9×10-6 ℃-1,heated at 620 ℃ for 150 h was the highest.
