装载机传动轴扭矩测试系统的开发与应用

         

摘要

传动轴扭矩是反映装载机动力传动系统工作性能的重要参数之一,在计算传动轴承受扭矩值及确定测点位置基础上,应用电阻应变片设计了扭矩传感器,并选择了信号遥测系统,运用自制的扭矩标定试验台对扭矩传感器进行了标定,开发了装载机传动轴扭矩测试系统,依据装载机常见的作业物料与作业方式,对试验用装载机传动轴测点处的扭矩进行了实机测试,并对测试波形进行了分析.台架标定与实机测试的结果表明,设计的扭矩传感器灵敏度较高、线性度良好,开发的测试系统正确、有效.%The permutation flow shop scheduling problem as typical NP problem has been attracting lots of researchers to solve with the growing and developing of particle swarm optimization algorithm.Recent-ly, there are a lot of methods and ideas for thisproblem/To promote the further development of particle swarm optimization algorithm and solve permutation flow shop scheduling problems and provide reference for designing better algorithm,summarizes the methods adopted for each step in solving the production scheduling problem with the particle swarm optimization algorithm,analyzes the scope of application,which laid a better foundation for designing a better algorithm; Finally,several directions and contents about the issue of solving permutation flow shop scheduling problems with particle swarm optimization algorithm was probed into.
