CVC轧机主传动万向接轴叉头有限元分析及优化

         

摘要

The head of the universal spindle in main transmission system of mill is often ruptured because of the big torsion and its special structure.By taking the universal spindle head of CVC mill as a studying example,a 3D model for the head is built through commands such as stretching,rotating, image with the application of Pro/E software, which static force analysis and modal analysis is carried out through meshing,setting material properties and adding constraint and load by finite element software ANSYS to obtain its nature frequency and principle mode.Then the optimization for the head is conducted to get an optimal dimension,The analytical results may be helpful in understanding the wording status of the transmission system of the mill,which could provide theoretical basis for applying the mil properly.%轧机主传动系统中万向接轴叉头因传递扭矩大、自身结构特殊等原因经常发生断裂破坏,以CVC轧机主传动系统的万向接轴又头为研究对象,采用Pro/E软件用拉伸、旋转、镜像等命令完成叉头的三维建模,以有限元软件ANSYS作为分析工具,经过网格划分、材料属性设定、加约束加载荷,对其进行了静力分析、模态分析等,得出其固有频率和主振型,并对叉头进行了优化,得到了叉头的最佳设计尺寸.分析结果有助于了解轧机传动系统的工作状态,为合理使用轧机提供了理论依据.
