综合啮合刚度归一化的齿轮副动力学修正模型

         

摘要

The integrated mesh stiffness is an important parameter to affect the dynamic characteristics of gear pairs.However,the obtained method mostly relies on the simulated results from engineering software,and there exits a big gap from the actual state.In order to solve the problem of the model's discrete and calculation error,resulted from the different integrated mesh stiffness timing between single tooth meshing and two teeth meshing section,the integrated mesh stiffness is firstly normalized as Fourier series type,and then a modified dynamics model of gears pair is obtained.Finally,an example is recommended.The results show that both the gears pair structure parameters and the motion parameters are all affecting the integrated mesh stiffness value,and the resonant peak of gears pair during working is not unique,and the modified model obtained is efficient and applicable.%综合啮合刚度是影响齿轮副动态特性的一个重要参数,常规的啮合刚度的获得方式主要依赖于工程软件的仿真结果,与实际状态存在较大的差距.为解决在单齿啮合与双齿啮合区段时,因综合啮合刚度的时序不同而造成的动力学模型离散及计算结果误差问题,将综合啮合刚度以傅立叶级数型式进行归一化处理,并建立齿轮副的动力学修正模型.算例结果表明,齿轮副的结构参数和运动参数均对综合啮合刚度值有影响,齿轮副在工作时的谐振峰值不惟一,所得的动力学修正模型高效且适用.
