基于Matlab和iSIGHT的门式起重机金属结构系统可靠性分析

         

摘要

The reliability of the steel structures of an L-shaped gantry crane was analyzed by the combination of large-scale numerical computation and software Matlab with multidisciplinary optimization software isight was developed. The randomness of the size parameters, material properties and external loading of the gantry crane structure was considered in design, using Monte Carlo probability simulation method to study the reliability of the strength, the stiffness and the local stability of the main components of the L-type gantry crane. Analyze results shows that it's practicable to analyze the reliability of the structures of gantry crane by the combination of Matlab with iSIGHT; meanwhile, it provides an effective evaluation method for the reliability analysis of the metal structures of gantry cranes. The reliability of the components of the L-type gantry crane is large, it's necessary to optimize it.%使用大型数值计算及开发软件Matlab和多学科优化软件Isight相结合对某L型门式起重机金属结构进行可靠性分析.同时考虑门式起重机结构设计中的尺寸参数、材料性能及载荷等的随机性,采用Monte Carlo概率模拟方法研究该L型门式起重机各主要构件的强度、刚度以及局部稳定可靠性.分析结果表明:使用Matlab和Isight相结合对门式起重机金属结构进行可靠性分析切实可行,并为门式起重机金属结构的可靠性分析提供一种有效的评判方法;该L型门式起重机各构件可靠度指标较大,安全裕度较高,有必要进行优化设计.
