制动软管高温脉冲试验台设计与开发

         

摘要

针对现有制动软管高温脉冲试验台通用性不佳、精确度不高以及不能满足新标准试验要求等不足,展开了制动软管高温脉冲试验台的开发工作.试验台的脉冲发生装置采用液压与气压结合的方案,利用活塞的端面差实现系统的高压输出.设计了试验台的电子控制系统,满足了标准中对制动软管高温脉冲试验的控制精度的要求.按照标准中规定的制动软管耐高温脉冲性试验方案,对某一型号制动软管进行高温脉冲试验,分析采集到的实验数据,进而评估高温脉冲试验台的工作性能.%Aiming at the shortcomings such as the poor universality, the low accuracy and the inability to meet the requirements of the new standard test,the development of the high temperature pulse test bench of the brake hose is carried out.The pulse generating device of the test bench adopts the combination of hydraulic pressure and air pressure,and the high pressure output of the system is realized by using the end difference of the piston. The electronic control system of the test bench was designed to meet the requirements of the control precision of the high temperature pulse test of the brake hose. According to the standard GB16897-2010 in the brake hose high temperature pulse test program, a type of brake hose for high temperature pulse test, analysis of the collected experimental data, and then evaluate the performance of high temperature pulse test bench.
