基于软时间窗的车间物料配送调度优化研究

摘要

实际生产中车间内部工位物料需求存在一些不确定性问题,基于软时间窗的概念提出车间内部物料配送调度优化的方法.在已给定的假设基础上,研究带有时间窗的车间物料配送问题,将配送总时间最短作为目标函数,建立关于车间物料配送调度的数学模型,采用一种改进的遗传算法对模型求解,得到车间物料配送的最佳路径.最后通过实例验证该模型的有效性.%In this paper,based on the concept of the soft time window,we proposed the method for the optimization of the internal dispatching of workshop materials,then upon the given hypotheses,studied the workshop material distribution problem with time window,which aimed at minimizing the total distribution time and established the relevant mathematical model.Next,we solved it using the improved genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal route for the distribution of the workshop materials.At the end,we demonstrated the validity of the model through an empirical study.
