基于粗糙集和改进TOPSIS法的我国中小物流企业运营模式选择研究

摘要

针对运营模式评价与比选过程中指标冗余、权重确定主观化和信息不确定的问题，提出了基于粗糙集的改进TOPSIS法的中小物流企业运营模式评价选择方法。研究表明，自营物流模式和外包物流模式评分较高，是企业的较优选择，虚拟物流模式和第四方物流模式适应物流信息化的发展方向，也可逐步采用。%In this paper, in view of the problems in the evaluation and selection of operational modes by the Chinese small-and-medium-sized logistics enterprises, we proposed the rough-set and improved TOPSIS process, using which we found that the self-operated mode and outsourcing mode were optimal choices for these enterprises while the virtual logistics mode and fourth party logistics mode were the future trend and thus should be adopted gradually.
