In modern Chinese,the construction bushi yiban (de/de)+X(不是一般(的/地)+X) has a high frequency of use.The paper holds that bushi yiban (de/de)+A/AP developed from bushi yiban (de/de)+X.Apart from the analysis of yiban+A/AP and the evolution of the part of speech a-bout yiban (ordinary),the paper also addresses such topics as evolution,cause,characteristics and the discourse functions of the construction bushi yiban (de/de)+A/AP.%文章认为“不是一般(的/地)+A/AP”来源于“不是一般(的/地)+X”，作为一个整体表达式，表达的是构式义，立足于此，文章讨论了“不是一般(的/地)A/AP”构式的存在及其演变过程、构式成因、构式特点和话语功能，并探析了与之相关的“一般+A/AP”，以及“一般”的副词化倾向问题。
