The biodegration of (2-hydroxy-3-1auryl acyloxypropyl) dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (HFAC) was investigated by aerobic oscillation in the wave bed temperature control.The results showed that the temperature was 30 ℃, pH was 7 and the inoculating quantity was 20 ml.When the initial concentration of HFAC was 600 mg/L,it could be degraded completely in 25h at the optimum conditions, and the degrading velocity of HFAC reached as high as 28.46 mg/(L · h).%在控温摇床上采用好氧振荡的方法,研究了纺织柔软剂(2-羟基-3-月桂酰氧基丙基)十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(HFAC)的生物降解性.结果表明,HFAC具有很强的生物降解能力,最佳的pH值为7,最适宜温度为30℃,接种量为20ml,当HFAC的初始浓度为600mg/L时,此条件下在25 h内完全降解,生物降解HFAC 的速度为28.5 mg/(L·h).
