异种活性基团蓝色染料的设计与合成

         

摘要

本论文设计合成了三只蓝色染料,以溴胺酸为主体,3,5-二氨基-2,4,6-三甲基苯磺酸(M酸)、2,4-二氨基苯磺酸、2,5-二氨基苯磺酸为桥基,链接异种活性基三聚氯氰和间-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯苯胺.通过溴胺酸和芳香胺缩合,得到具有色泽鲜艳、水溶性良好的有色化合物;然后与三聚氯氰反应得到含有第一个活性基的二氯三嗪型活性染料;最后再与间-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯苯胺反应得到含有第二个活性基的一氯三嗪型染料.分别得到λmax=586 nm;λmax=603 nm,λmax=622 nm三只蓝色活性染料,并对其进行牢度检测对比分析.结果表明,它兼具两个活性基的优点,其耐碱牢度和水浸牢度均达到4~5级.%Three blue dyes have been designed and synthesized. The main body is bromamine acid , and bridge groups are aromatic amines including 3,5-diamino-2,4,6-trimethylbenzenesulfonic acid (M acid), 2,4-diaminobenzenesulphonic acid and 2,5-diaminobenzenesulphonic acid, which link with different reactive groups, such as cyanuric chloride and 3- ((3 -Hydroxyethylsulfonyl)sulfuric ester aniline. An intermediate with bright color and good water-solubility was obtained by the condensation of bromamine and aromatic amine, which then reacted with cyanuric chloride and a dichlorotriazinyl dye was afforded. Finally, a monochlorotriazinyl dye was obtained after it reacted with 3— (P -Hydroxyethylsulfonyl)sulfuric ester aniline. Three blue reactive dyes ( X max= 586 nm; X max= 603 nm X max= 622 nm) had been obtained and Fastness analysis was done respectively .The results show that it combine the advantages of the two active groups and its alkali fastness and water soaking fastness can reached grade 4 ~ 5.
