2-吡咯烷酮(PYR)、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)、N-乙基吡咯烷酮(NEP)是一类优良的有机溶剂,因其潜在的生殖毒性而被关注。本文利用超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器建立检测皮革中PYR、NMP、NEP的简单方法,样品提取方法为40℃超声水浴提取,提取溶液为0.1%十二烷基磺酸钠水溶液。在优化的色谱条件下,三种吡咯酮的检出限在20μg/L~40μg/L,其回收率高于91.6%。这个方法被成功应用于测定轻工产品中的2-吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和N-乙基吡咯烷酮,比传统的气相色谱法准确度高,且提取步骤简单。%2-pyrrolidone (PYR), N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) and N-ethyl pyrrolidone (NEP) are a kind of excellent organic solvent, which have been focused on because of their potential reproductive toxicity. A simple method followed by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) with Photo-Diode Array detector (PDA) has been developed for the determination of 2-Pyrrolidone, N-methyl pyrrolidone and N-ethyl pyrrolidone in leather samples. 0.1% sodium dodecyl sulfonate aqueous solution was used for the ultrasonic extraction at 40℃. Under optimal conditions, the quantification limits for the desired compounds ranging from 20 to 40μg/L were obtained. The recoveries were higher than 91.6% . The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of the target compounds in light industrial products with a higher sensitivity and simpler extraction than traditional gas chromatography methods.
