EMC设计在斯特林制冷机中的实际应用

         

摘要

Nowadays, the electronics devices are developing towards high speed,wide band,high sensitivity,miniaturized size and high density. The requirement for stability and robust of the devices becomes more and more important. The EMC design is a crucial aspect in the system design,especially in military products. Taking into account the EMC in the first phase of system design, most of the EMC problems will be eliminates and the integrating and test of the whole system will be easy. This paper focuses on the filtering and shielding methods of Sterling ctycooler. Practical application shows that the EMC optimized Sterling crycooler can meet the requirement of the standard of GJB151A-97.%目前,电子设备越来越向高速、宽带、高灵敏度、高密集度、集成化、小型化趋势发展.电磁兼容问题日益成为电子产品设计和使用中需要关注的焦点.在军用产品中EMC设计尤其重要,将EMC的设计思想融入到产品设计的各个方面,将大部分EMC问题解决在萌芽状态,这是军用产品要达到的目标.本文重点介绍了针对斯特林制冷机所采用的相应滤波电路设计及电磁屏蔽技术.经实际验证,采用滤波电路及屏蔽措施整改后的制冷机组件完全满足国军标GJB151A -97标准的要求.
