针对光纤光栅线阵探测器高速解调中的信号失真及补偿展开研究。首先对线阵探测器信号采集系统进行分析,推导并建立了系统传递函数,然后对解调信号失真的机理进行研究。结果表明,系统传递函数由两部分组成,一部分为与采样相关的系统增益,另一部分为积分环节及充电复位开关引起的频变干扰。需要对光电转换过程进行数字信号补偿,以提高系统的信号分析带宽。%Aiming at the high-speed fiber Bragg grating demodulation system based on the linear image sensors,its sig-nal distortion and compensation are studied.Firstly,the signal acquisition system of linear image sensor is analyzed, and the system transfer function is derived and established.Then the signal distortion mechanism is studied.Results show that the system transfer function is composed of two parts,including the system-gain related to the sample mecha-nism and the frequency-dependent interference caused by the integrating element and the charging reset switch.The system signal bandwidth is improved by the digital signal compensation in the process of photovoltaic conversion.
