红外非线性晶体GaS e的合成、生长与性能

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of growth and treating of large high quality GaSe infrared crystal,the seed aided ver-tical Bridgman technique and“puck”cutting method are studied.Finally,boule size of GaSe crystal with 20mm in di-ameter and 50mm in length is obtained;some samples are prepared under different directions.There are characterized with X-ray diffraction,EDS spectrum and so on.Absorption coefficient about 0.05 ~0.1 6cm-1 in the range 1.06~1 5μm is achieved.Frequency doubling from 9.3~1 0.6 μm to 4.65 ~5.3 μm for a TEA CO2 laser is demonstrated.But how to avoid the deformation of crystals under this cure technique for direct phase matching experiments is still a big challenge.%针对高品质红外非线性晶体GaSe难以生长、加工的问题,研究了垂直布里奇曼法籽晶定向生长技术。制备出20 mm ×50 mm完整单晶,探索了加工工艺,对样品进行了粉末衍射,能谱等测试,晶体在1.06~15μm波段吸收系数约为0.05~0.16 cm-1,完整性、光学质量均较好。演示了9.3~10.6μm波段的CO2激光倍频实验,输出4.65~5.3μm对应倍频光。
