基于FBGA光纤光栅解调系统的实时校准方法

         

摘要

Aiming at the requirement of high-precision large-scale fast-response temperature measurement of ocean in-struments,a new demodulation method of fiber Bragg grating (FBG)based on FBGA (Fiber Bragg Grating Analyzer) is presented.To solve the problem of system temperature drift,a real-time calibration technology based on F-P etalon is proposed,which can reduce system errors and improve test precision of the system.Through testing the system and analyzing experimental data,the absolute error of temperature measurement repeatability can keep within ±0.1 ℃by adopting this method,and its demodulation precision can also match that of MOI (Micron Optics).This system has ex-cellent testing characteristics and advantages of miniaturization and low cost,which has much practical value.%针对海洋仪器高精度、大范围、快速的测温需求,提出基于FBGA (Fiber Bragg Grating Analyzer)的光纤光栅解调方法,并针对其自身温漂现象提出一种基于F-P标准具的波长实时校准方法,进而减小系统误差,提高系统测试精度。通过对系统整体测试,引用实验数据具体说明采用提出的方法可使系统测温重复性绝对误差保持在±0.1℃以内,具有与MOI 系统(Micron Optics)相当的解调精度。采用本方法的解调系统具有优良的测试特性,同时小型化、低成本的优势使其更具有实用价值。
