不对称级联结构光子晶体的透射特性

         

摘要

通过传输矩阵法理论,计算和研究不对称级联结构光子晶体的透射特性,结果表明:对于级联镜像对称结构光子晶体,透射谱的禁带中出现单条透射率为100%的透射峰,随着级联数目增大,单透射峰越来越精细并快速向长波方向移动,产生蓝移现象,但透射峰的透射率不变.对于不对称级联结构光子晶体,随着级联数目或级联周期不对称度增大,透射谱中单透射峰的透射率迅速下降,同时透射峰的位置随禁带缓慢向短波方向移动,产生红移现象;随着级联结构不对称度增大,透射谱中单透射峰的透射率缓慢下降,同时透射峰的位置快速向短波方向移动,产生红移现象.不对称级联结构光子晶体的透射特性,对光学滤波器、光学全反射镜和光学开关等器件的研究和设计有一定的指导价值.%The transmission properties of asymmetric cascade photonic crystal were calculated and studied by transmission matrix method theory.The results show that for the cascade mirror symmetrical photonic crystal,there appears a single transmission peak(the transmittance is 100%) in the band gap,and the single transmission peak is more and more refined and moves toward the long wave direction with the increase of the number of the cascade,but the transmittance remains constant.For the asymmetric cascade photonic crystal,the transmittance of single peak declines rapidly and its position moves to the short wave direction with the increase of the number of the cascade or the cascade cycle asymmetry.The transmission of single peak declines slowly and its position moves rapidly to short waves direction with the increase of the cascade structure asymmetry.The transmission properties of asymmetric cascade photonic crystal have a certain reference value for the design and research of optical filter,optical total reflection mirror and optical switch.
