Collimation of optical axis is an important issue for biaxial laser ceilometer which will affect the performance of the instrument.By analyzing the influence of axis parallel deviation on the overlap factor,a collimation method for biaxial laser ceilometer based on CCD imaging is put forward.The parallelism of the light axis is adjusted by calculating center point offset distance of the images,while the images of visible target show in the two CCD cameras which are placed in the back of the transmitter and receiver,and the parallelism error is not greater than 16.5 μrad.%双轴激光云高仪的光轴平行度是影响系统性能的重要指标,本文分析了光轴平行偏差对重叠因子的影响,提出了一种用CCD成像来调节激光云高仪光轴平行的方法.通过计算可见光目标在双轴激光云高仪发射、接收系统后端CCD中成像的中心点坐标偏移距离,来调节光轴的平行,实现光轴偏移误差不大于16.5 μrad.
