血栓和止血检测的临床应用

摘要

血栓和止血问题涉及到血管内皮、血小板、血液凝固与凝固调节等4个方面，其中任何单一或多重因素的缺陷都可引起相关的血栓或出血性疾病。对血栓和止血相关机制和检查的清晰和全面的了解对血栓和出血性疾病诊治有重要帮助。本文着重对血栓和止血新近检查项目的认识作个概述，以利更好地用于临床工作。%The processes of thrombosis and hemostasis involve the participation of endothelium ,coagulant system , anticoagulant system and fibrinolytic system .Defects in any of the 4 systems could lead to bleeding disorders or thrombotic diseases .Knowledgeable and systematic use of relevant tests could greatly help to diagnose and treat these patients.This paper reviews the clinical application of advanced techniques in the area of thrombosis and hemostasis .
