应用 EP7-A2文件评价免疫比浊法测定 D-二聚体抗脂浊能力

摘要

Objective To evaluate the anti-lipid turbidity capability of D-dimer by immunonephelometry using EP7-A2.Methods According to EP7-A2, paired difference testing and dosage effect testing were performed .Results The chylus with 1 200 turbidity imposed a negative effect on D-dimer by immunonephelometry .The dosage effect testing showed that chylus with 1 200-4 800 turbidity imposed a linear negative effect on D-dimer.Conclusions Triglyceride testing shall be made to chylus samples with >1 200 turbidity and then D-dimer testing results shall be corrected according to linear model , so that the accuracy of results can be obtained .%目的：评价免疫比浊法测定D-二聚体抗脂浊能力。方法根据EP7-A2文件进行配对差异实验和剂量效应实验。结果乳糜浊度1200时对D-二聚体免疫比浊法检测有负干扰。剂量效应回归分析实验结果表明，乳糜浊度1200～4800时，分析物浓度水平的剂量效应回归方程均为一次线性负干扰。结论乳糜标本浊度＞1200时应同时进行甘油三酯检测，再利用曲线对D-二聚体结果进行校正，方能保证结果准确。
