丙烯酰胺型高吸水树脂对重金属离子的吸附及解吸附性能

         

摘要

The adsorption properties of three kinds of acrylamide superabsorbent polymers,both of sale and self-prepared,for Cd2+,Cu2+ and Ni2+ were discussed.The desorption behavior of adsorbed polymers for Cu2+ in 1 mol/L HCl solution were studied.The results showed that the adsorption capacities for Cd2+,Cu2+ and Ni2+ were increased with the increase of the concentration of heavy metal ions,and the maxima were found to be 1.66 mmol/g,3.42 mmol/g and 1.31 mmol/g,respectively.The polymers showed that the selective adsorption in ternary metal ion solution,and the sequence of the adsorption capacies were Cu2+〉Cd2+〉Ni2+.The desorption ratios of Cu2+ on the three kinds of polymers were 98.62 %,98.45 % and 83.87 %,respectively,in 3 minutes.%以自制和市售的3种丙烯酰胺型高吸水树脂为试样,通过静态吸附法,就树脂对Cd2+、Cu2+和Ni2+等3种重金属离子的吸附行为以及树脂吸附Cu2+后在1 mol/L的HCl溶液中的解吸附性能进行了研究.结果表明,离子浓度越大,丙烯酰胺型高吸水树脂对Cd2+、Cu2+和Ni2+的吸附量也越大,最大吸附量分别达到1.66 mmol/g、3.42 mmol/g和1.31 mmol/g.树脂在3种重金属离子的混合溶液中呈现一定的选择性吸附,吸附量大小依次为Cu2+〉Cd2+〉Ni2+.3种树脂吸附Cu2+后在1 mol/L的HCl溶液中解吸附3 min时,解吸附率分别达到98.62%、98.45%和83.87%.
